Final Sales for Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products (cards, codes, electronic vouchers), all sales are considered final and non-refundable or exchangeable after completing the purchase and delivering the code to the customer.
Customer Responsibility
Digital Zone and its affiliated companies bear no responsibility for incorrect purchases made due to your negligence or entry of false/incorrect information.
Exceptional Cases for Refunds
Refund requests will only be considered if there is proven technical defect in the code itself that prevents its proper use, provided that this defect originates from the original card issuing company and is not a result of misuse by the customer or issues related to the platform on which the customer is attempting to use the code.
Bank Refund Fees
When the customer chooses to refund to the original bank card used for payment, a refund service fee of up to 3.8% of the returned order value will be deducted in general. Please note that the bank refund process may take between 24 hours to 7 business days and is subject to the policies of different banks and payment gateways. Digital Zone is not responsible for delays caused by these entities.
Limitation of Liability
After receiving your order, Digital Zone is not responsible for any loss or damage to the purchased digital product. Digital Zone is not responsible for used or stolen codes after proper delivery, or expired codes whose expiration date was clear at the time of purchase.
